When it comes to amenities, this location checks many boxes. You'll find a variety of cardio equipment to keep your heart rate up, as well as options for weight training with dumbbells. They even offer personal training to help you stay motivated and reach your fitness goals. A highlight for me is the gym's availability of free Wi-Fi, so I can stream my workout playlist or catch up on videos while I exercise. However, we noticed there’s no turf area or cinema for cardio, but the diversity of equipment makes up for it.

Aqua Services Explained

Unfortunately, this gym doesn't provide any water-related amenities like saunas, steam rooms, or pools. They do have showers and locker rooms, though, which are essential for a comfortable gym experience. It’s nice to have a clean space to freshen up after a workout, even if we can’t unwind in a hot tub afterward.

Group Fitness Activities

Fitness enthusiasts who enjoy shared activities like basketball or tennis may need to look elsewhere, as none of those options are available here. The good news? Planet Fitness does offer group training sessions, so you can still get that communal workout environment without group classes. It's nice to have options that fit various fitness styles, even if they aren't the traditional offerings.

As for recovery and wellness, this gym has some great amenities to enhance your experience. They provide tanning services, which is a nice perk for those who want a sun-kissed glow year-round. The massage chairs are a nice touch for post-workout relaxation, while red light therapy offers a unique recovery method. Plus, there's a retail area to grab essentials; however, no smoothie bar here.
