In terms of water and wet related amenities, Gold's Gym provides essential facilities such as showers and locker rooms to ensure a comfortable workout experience, but it does not have a sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub. This setup maintains a focus on effective workouts without the added distractions of extensive water features.

For those interested in shared fitness activities, Gold's Gym offers group training and a variety of group fitness classes, including Zumba, BodyPump, Vinyasa Yoga, Cycle, Pilates, and BODYCOMBAT.
