You'll find a variety of cardio equipment available for those heart-pumping workouts, plus weight training with dumbbells to help build strength. While they do provide personal training services for a bit of extra guidance, it's worth noting that they don’t have childcare services or a dedicated turf area. And although Wi-Fi isn’t available, I find that sometimes it’s great to unplug while breaking a sweat.
